No. Every workout can be adjusted to your current fitness level, experience, and comfort level. You do not need to be “ready” before walking through the door.

Absolutely. Beginners are welcome at LFX. Our coaches will teach the movements, help you scale appropriately, and make sure you understand what you are doing before adding intensity.

The workout is written for the group, but it is coached for the individual. We can adjust weights, reps, movements, and intensity so you get a great workout that fits where you are starting.

Yes. LFX offers HYROX and aerobic capacity training for athletes who want to improve running, machines, functional fitness, and race-style conditioning.
